So I’m sitting on the train right now heading from
Portland to Seattle here are a few of my thoughts:
- When the electricity goes out on a train, nobody panics. If this were to occur in a plane or car, passengers would not continue to shove Twizzlers in their mouths and play solitaire.
- How does something on a track get to be 40 minutes late for it’s destination?
- They actually do holler AAALLLL AAAbord!
- I probably should have bought a book. You know how when you want a specific new book and you call the 3 Boarders located w/in 3 blocks of each other downtown and they don’t have the book, you get a little discouraged? Yea, well the book is Bettina’s new one and each person that answered the phone at the Boarders was way too excited to order the book and I couldn’t bring myself to try and find something else, but last week there were about 10 books I wanted to pick up. I get a little too focused sometimes.
- There should be a special car on the train for people who snore.
- Every one of you is receiving a handmade gift again this year, but you might like it this time because I’m reading up on the subject.
